Customers of YK Communications Internet (YKC On-Line) may use this page to request additional YKC.CC Email Addresses.
By requesting a YKC.CC email address, you agree to the following:
- A customer of YK Communications Internet (YKC On-Line) may have up to four FREE YKC.CC email addresses in addition to the one YKC.COM email address that is provided with the primary account.
- Additional YKC.CC email addresses are for the use of YK Communications customers and their immediate families or for YK Communications business customers and their immediate staff only.
- Additional YKC.CC email addresses will be activated at the request of the PRIMARY ACCOUNT OWNER only. This is the person who's name appears on the original application for Internet service and / or the billing account for the YKC.COM account.
- The PRIMARY ACCOUNT OWNER is COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE for the usage of each YKC.CC email address. This includes misuse and abuse.
- Misuse or abuse of a YKC.CC email address will subject the PRIMARY ACCOUNT (the YKC.COM account) to suspension and / or termination.
- Misuse and Abuse includes but is not limited to: sending mass unsolicited email (SPAM), sending harassing and / or threatening message to others, using email claiming to be someone who you are not, discussions about illegal activities and the use of email to participate in illegal activities.
- YKC.CC email addresses will be granted on a first come first serve basis. However, YK Communications, Inc. reserves the right to deny assigning an email address at our own discretion.
- YKC.CC email addresses will be automatically deleted if the address has not been accessed in a period of 60 days.
- Messages stored in YKC.CC email boxes will expire and auto-delete after 21 days.
- YKC.CC Email Account Support:
YK Communications is providing these additional email addresses to you at no additional charge as a value-added benefit of using YKC. Since these accounts create no additional income for YK Communications, we have to be careful that they do not create a much larger demand for support (requests from customers for help) on our customer service representatives. YK Communications has created the following guidelines for supporting YKC.CC email addresses:YK Communications will provide live (and telephone) support for the PRIMARY EMAIL ACCOUNT (YKC.COM account) ONLY.

YKC will provide support to the PRIMARY ACCOUNT OWNER
only. If you are not able to locate the answer to your question using our FAQs page, please have the PRIMARY ACCOUNT OWNER
send an email message from the PRIMARY EMAIL ACCOUNT (YKC.COM account) to support@ykc.com describing the task you are attempting, what you expected to happen, and what does happen when you attempt the task. Please provide as much detail as possible in this email message.A YKC Representative will reply to your email request for support within 24 hours (1 business day).

After you submit a request for an additional YKC.CC account from below, you will receive a reply back to the PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS (the YKC.COM email address) that the account has been activated or the reason why it was not activated within 48 hours (2 business days).
